Strange and beautiful birds, plumage, dances, mating rituals. Love how it's the males who are supposed to be attractive to the females instead of vice versa as in our backwards species, lol!
Even as a child, I noticed that male birds had all the beautiful plumage that had to be spectacular in order to earn the right to mate with the female. As it should be! :-)
