BEYOND URGENT!!! TX, Garland "Cupcake" Senior Collie X w/Possible Diminshed Vision **Dumped by Owner at 20 yrs Old**

 Cupcake is a beautiful, believed to be 20 year old, Collie X, possibly with age related,  slightly diminished vision, looking for a special Angel to wrap their loving arms around her and keep her safe for her remaining years, either directly or thru a foster based rescue.  Please help!!!  We are looking for a Christmas miracle for Cupcake and that she will be in her new home for the holidays!!!  If you find you are not in a position to help now, please quickly share with all your contacts.  Cupcake will not be given much time in the shelter as she was an owner surrender!!!
