Heavenly Messages For October 2012

October 1, 2012
Dear Friends,
It’s the dawn of a beautiful day as I write this. October’s shimmering glory has arrived and the colors promise to only get more stunning. Here in the NE It is my favorite month of the year, I am in bliss and hope you are too!
The astrology for October is the most power packed of the entire year, as you’ll read below. Almost every sign is affected most especially Scorpio, Gemini and Sagittarius. The major power player is Saturn, about to enter potent Scorpio on 10/5. This is big astro news, so this issue is longer than usual. I do hope you’ll grab a cuppa of something and read it fully when you have the time, because we are entering a significant time.
As always on October 1st the Sun bathes us in beautiful airy Libra rays. Loving Venus rules Libra whose symbol is the balanced scales indicating the ability to balance head and heart in all life’s affairs. People born with Sun in Libra soul’s mission is to find this beautiful balance and to learn the value of relationships. Libra is the diplomat, the peace-maker, the romantic, the lover of art and beauty and general all around lovely person. It truly is one of the nicest energies in the zodiac wheel.
The best Libras have glorious big hearts and intelligence to match it. Libra types are the ones who help the rest of us recognize injustice and use their eloquence to stir others to love their fellow humans more. Here are a few quotes from Sun in Libra natives to give you a taste of this Venus kissed sign:
You are the music while the music lasts. – T.S. Elliot
Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art. – Eleanor Roosevelt
If everyone demanded peace instead of another television set, then there’d be peace. - John Lennon
and this, one of my all time favorites from a poet for all times:
We came whirling out of nothingness, scattering stars like dust
The stars made a circle, and in the middle, we dance
 – Rumi
I am an eternal optimist, and always trust human nature can rise to the highest level if given the chance. That chance is here now – Let’s take it and dance
And as always on this date, I remember my favorite Southern Gentleman of all time. Happy Birthday E.V.
Best,
Melissa
