La Calaca a Day - #8

I first heard of La Llorona when I read Clarissa Pinkola Estes' book Women Who Run With The Wolves, a book I highly recommend.  Dr. Estes also has a FaceBook page, which you can find here.

Here is a link to a short explanation of La Llorona.

(Rebecca is hosting La Calaca a Day for the month of October.  You can participate here.).

    1. Thanks, Gloria - happy that you liked the video. I thought it was really well done.

I like Clarissa 's book - lots of interesting stories. If you like mythology, you might like my friend, Kathleen Jenks' site, www.mythinglinks.org. It is very comprehensive - I put up a post about Columbus Day on my blog and linked to her page.
